(AP) A dentist has been fined $1,000 and sentenced to probation for stealing dental gold and equipment when he worked at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Omaha.Prosecutors say 58-year-old Randall Toothaker, formerly of Lincoln, was sentenced on Thursday in U.S. District Court in Omaha. In December he'd pleaded no contest and was convicted of stealing government property.Investigators say Toothaker stole more than $16,000 in dental gold and equipment from a locked cabinet in July 2013.
